Hi,
in order to let your dogs grow to be big and strong, would you recommend to feed:
1. Dry kibbles only?
2. Dry kibbles adding some cooked meats?
Thanks

I always tell buyers, Follow what your Veterinarian Reccomends, They are typically very up to date with Nutritional needs and formula's. You can over do some things with home made diets, and you could miss some things as well, Most good feeds are well balanced and made up of highly digestable and absorbable ingredients if you feed it does not mean they will absorb it, depending on product of course. Hope that helps some. But am interested to see what others come up with, This site is a great place to learn from expeirienced peoples.

I recommend Eagle pack kibble. I don't see why you would use cooked foods for your dog as it really depletes the vitamins and other good values when you cook it, it is best to feed raw. I also recommend taking puppies off puppy food at 4months old.
Hope this helps.

thanks for all the information.
The reason i ask that it is because i was fascinated by those posted german shepherds pictures. They appear to be hude and well built, and i envy them. As i come from the Eastern, therefore the majority of the sizes are not comparable to those from the Western.
So it keeps me thinking what do professionals feed them till they possess a strong and well built appearance.
Another is that what causes its back (lenden) to grow white fur? Mine seems to have grown quite lots of white fur. Is it reversible?
Thanks
