BRAVO CLAP, CLAP, CLAP, to EDD in Afgan. She obviously paid for the dog and Tim put it in his name. That moraly, does not make him "rightful" owner. If you love this dog sooo much and I have no doubt the dog has bonded to you Tim, since you have had him this long, just do the right thing and buy him from her. Retire this poor guy and stud him out, with you as the owner and in control of all paperwork. Freakin' Holy Crap, thats what I did with mine after all. Don't make the dog out to be something it is not. Dogs get old and slow down. Xabina is a SCH3 but badly used before I got her. I'd love to trial with her after what I paid but it's not fair to the dog. I'm not about to push her past what she can take for my own "glory". A SCH3 and I can't even tell my dog to fuse. Whoever had her really did a # on her and she completly shuts down when asked to work now. You saw it when she was at your place. Occasionaly we get her to bite a sleeve or pillow. She really purked up trying to play with her pups and this weekend I took her to the club I take my pups to for socialization and she watched the dogs work PSA scenerios. Maybe someday I will take her on the field and work her, maybe not. So I paid $3000 for a dog who had 3 live pups and is now a house pet. Yeah, I lost $. Yeah I got nothin to show off, and yeah now I don't even have papers for my pups that did survive. Oh well, better luck next time for me. You live and you learn, be honest and love your dogs, treat them well and treat your neighbors and business connections just as well.

I did own TAS 100% and now Nicole was wanting her dogs back that she co-owned with me and then later gave me and then later ask for them back and then went nuts and started saying TAS was 1/2 hers and that I co-owned him with her , Now she wants to sell me her 1/2 but she says that she bought the dog for $3,000. and now wants me to buy her 1/2 from her , What is 1/2 of $3,000? Why would she want me to pay all of what she paid for Tas . I never sold this dog to her . She is saying that EuroSport k-9 sold her the dog not me . So I said hey what ever take him and I am ok with what she wants to do with him as I know the first time he gets off leash he will run home to me , Thats how our strong our bond is . I also am sueing her now for this . At this time she is takeing full ownership and will give you paper work for your litter ok . YOU WILL NEED TO DEAL WITH HER OK AS I AM OR AS YOU ALL SAY NEVER WAS THE OWNER SO I CAN NOT GIVE YOU LITTER REG. ON A DOG I DO NOT OWN . I have offerd Tas back to EuroSport k-9 for Free So If Nicole cared about Tas or any of the dogs she wants to sell Please have her call them and ask for them to buy Tas or sell him for Her . All I can say is if the dog is in your name and is yours and you love him so much, why would you part with him? Something just isn't jiving here. When he gets off leash how far does he need to run to get back to you? Your bond may be strong but this isn't ma sappy ass movie for kids. If indeed you were the real owner Eurosprt should be mad at you for sending the dog off with someone else. Oh and now I can call you? What happened to the Czech Republic and your tour of German kennels? I keep getting circles and it's lame. You were proven a lier, own up to it already. Your lies have affected every aspect of my life, financially, my business credibilty to my clients and even my relationship,for sticking by you and your excuses as long as I did. I'm not going to go any farther into this on here,it's not the place. I just wanted to point out your sheer lack of character and brains to the people on here who I have no way of contacting personaly. Thats pretty much everyone but you,since I don't frequent these boards. If I had I would have had some warning about you before my dealings possibly. I'll take my chances contacting Nicole for paperwork. I pretty much gave up all hope of getting any anyway.
