Hi all-
I am the gal in Missouri who actually has claim to Tas, as I have the full-proof of payment on him. It really has been heartbreaking, having this whole ordeal happen to me, as I am a 100% disabled veteran, all I wanted was to do schutzhund. Now I have to sue for my dog's paperwork. Sorry to thos of you who have puppies out of TAS - I really can't say much about that.

Sorry to hear about your story.
I'm curious, how did Tas get in the hands of Tim? Did you sign him over to him? He was the broker and was only suppose to help you acquire the dog? what?

Well, it's a long story..... I had a little bit of money from a lump-sum of back-pay from my disability money, and I wanted a protection/service dog. Tim told me to go checkout Tas on Eurosport's website. I did - I fell right in love with him! Tim told me to pay for him and he would make all the arrangements to bring him into the country. He said he would work Tas for a bit, then bring him down to me.
What actually ended up happening is that he's studding my dog out, exaggerating his titles - adding one's he really doesn't have, and when I've tried to contact Tim about this he screams at me that he's going to hit me with harrassment. All I want is my dog!

Listen, most people don't know anything about bringing a dog into this country. I don't. So it is easy to swindle someone on a dog when the one person knows what they are doing, but the other person is basically naive & ignorant of what is really going on. Google "timothy helser" and you'll see, at #2 on the list, the thing that if I had known this beforehand I would never have dealt with this person. Period.

HEY ALL! Beware if he offers you a "deal"! That's how I ended up where I am at - if he offers you a "co-own" deal and says he will train the dog and title it, but his name needs to be on the papers to do it, and for payment he will get a breeding or litter of puppies out of it BEWARE! All it will bring you is a headache. And heartache, because you have to fight to get your dogs back..

Hi Nicole,
I am a friend of Gails, my name is Debby, we know all about Your Taz, it is honestly a shame..I hope there is someone out there that can help you get Taz back..
Theres alot of things going on down there at this moment, hopefuly it will all be over with soon..
But always remember, what goes around comes back around and bites you hard, then that person always says OH why me?? Then it finally dawns on them what they have done to others.. Keep it up do not give up..You have all the proof you need to get your dog returned..

Nicole, IF YOU HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO THE SAID 4 DOGS COME AND GET THEM OR SHUT UP ! MY OFFER IS ON THE TABLE DRIVE OUT HERE AND CALL THE POLICE ON ME AND HAVE THEM TELL ME THAT BY LAW I HAVE TO GIVE YOU ANY DOGS !
