Aaron Pickar...WOW..the name alone causes chaos in my house. I sent him $4,000.00 for a bred bitch which I HAVE NEVER SEEN. He immediately stopped responding to my calls and emails upon recieving the money. I have since acquired a detective and currently have a $35,000.00 warrant out for his arrest. This man was really friendly in the beginning and it seemed like everything was legitimate. Now I feel like a real fool for sending the money, and trusting someone whom I had never met in person. This man has been found to have at least seven different addresses in different states. I would very much appreciate any information anyone has concerning his location so this matter can be solved in a decent manner. It is just a matter of time before he is caught, but it would be nice to know that he could not do this type of thing to anyone else who is simply interested in the GSD. Just to let people know if you have a dog for sale he might contact you and he will offer to sell the dog for you and say he is a dog broker and that he owns DownUnder Canine Academy. He has a southern accent, says he works with police departments and trains bomb,narcotic, protection dogs etc. He preys on people from this board and the GSD board. The woman above this post is a friend of mine and I can vouch what she is saying is true. Jill Straley

I wanted to respond in person via this message board and publicly notify my telephone number that I have had from my kennels beginning. As stated in the first complaint, me and the complaintaint did have an agreement on a female that was bred. The female that we had agreed upon from Germany showed up with a negative ultrasound. So I contacted the complaintant whose name that she did not include (Wanda Groves) of Louisiana and explained the situation and we both agreed on another female. So I in return selected another female and whelped the litter due to the shipping arrangements and heat index at the time we were unable to come to shipping agreements. As the pups were being weened, I got a voicemail from Mrs. Groves husband that was very harsh and unfair for the circumstance that I could not control the weather or their lack of time to come pick up half the litter and the female. Since then, I have not had any calls or have been contacted by Wanda Groves concerning this matter. As of today, the agreement still stands and I stand behind my agreement. I hope when she finally receives a bred female from me, she will be a big enough person to post a positive comment instead of a negative comment. As far as the detective is concerned, why has he not contacted me via phone, letter, or any of the seven addresses that I have?? It's good to hear from you again Jill! Did you lose my number also?? I don't call people that have dogs for sale and tell them that I will sell the dogs for them. That's absurd! Why would someone else send me a dog for free and have me sell the dog for them? Prove with name, numbers, or any other source of information that you are basing your conclusion on. You say that the woman whose name is Wanda Groves is a friend of yours...why don't you tell the people that are reading this BS who introduced you to Wanda? And also tell them how you threatened to sue and also contact the police in LA to have Wanda arrested because she refused to send your client a dog that YOU brokered and YOU called me looking for. If you want to comment or form a pack and claim to be their friend tell the whole truth, not bits and pieces of the whole picture. Not only are you wasting my time, but your wasting people's time that read your lies and try to put your puzzles together. In case you lost my number, or the address you sent your money to since no one seems to know why haven't you called or came to my home?? Believe me, if someone had stole my friends or my money, I would not worry about calling them or posting a comment, I would contact their local authorities and have them escort me to the ripoff, prey man, and all those other BS comments you makes house. I look forward to seeing your response and also a phone call! P.S. Whatever happened to the client of yours that you called me about that never received her dog? Are you still her friend too...lol

First of all, my name is Kristin Murphy. I originally paid Aaron Pickard the $3500.00 for Randa. Wanda and I are friends. Aaron cashed my check in October 2005. We waited and waited for our dog. He told us that he did not want to ship too early in her pregnancy for the sake of the puppies and to ensure that the bitch was bred. We agreeed. He then told us that she only had three pups and that we could not recoup our initial investment on her and the pups. You see, Aaron told us that this bitch was going to cost upwards of $10,000.00. He NEVER told us that she ultrasounded negative as he stated above. We said fine -- find us another bitch of eqaul value and quality. The next female he found was due in February for 8-9 puppies, supposedly ultrasounded. We were told that she would ship out sometime in January. We never recieved her or another communication from Aaron. He seemed to have just dropped off the face of the earth. During all of this, he did refuse to honor the agreement between Jill and him. Wanda ended up reselling the dog in question and giving the lady her money back. Wanda also recompensated me for my loss that Aaron did not honor. Aaron does offer to sell other people's dogs once he sees them advertized for sale. That is how we got in contact with him in the first place. Wanda had Mantu vom Kirschental for sale on the GSDworld.net site, and he contacted her about buying all of her dogs so that he could put training on them and resell them for a profit. He did sell three of her dogs, one of which was Mantu and then he would not refund the money when shipping arrangements were not agreeable. Aaron...you have your clients and deals confused. I guess that is what happens when you get too many lies...oops irons...in the fire at one time. You can not even remember which lies you gave to whom!

I spoke with Wanda on July 19th and she told me that she did not return any of the money sent to her for the dog I sold for her. And if supposedly this was a dog meant for you that I bought, how come you were not the one to file charges and I have never received any calls or emails from you before?? You mentioned that I offer to sell other people's dogs for them...why would someone if I could sell their dog for them and I pay them up front, not want to?? The first time I called, I was interested in the dog myself! I then found out that the dog had limited training and at that point was approached with other dogs that Wanda had for sale and in return I sent payment in full and also sold her a male pup, everything was smooth and successful. It's funny how you think I can predict or control the way a bitch conceives a litter and how many she will carry. lol So at the end of the day, who do I owe this dog to? You or Wanda?? It would be good to know..it seems that everyone is claiming the money now that they don't want the dog! It's a shame that I sell around a hundred dogs a year and you get that 2 or 3 people that rush to conclusions and are unpatient and unknowledgable to the value of quality German Shepherds. When the money is spent, and the new wears off and the husband is doubting your decisions, I would want my money back too!

Oh, come on Aaron. Don't try to claim that you don't know who I am. We talked on the phone several times via Wanda's cell phone. It was my idea that for the first transaction that no dog leave until money was received for the dogs that you purchased and that no money leave until Fanto arrived. You had no problem with that. You are trying to tell me that you don't even know whose money you have spent or who signs your checks? The dog was to be for Wanda. I just paid for the dog. Wanda is the one who signed the contract. That is why she is filing charges. You have breeched the contract between you and her. I am no longer involved regarding money. She paid me back. That means any money recovered from you by whatever means afforded by the law belongs to Wanda. I, in NO way shape or form, am claiming any money or dog from you. I am just a testament to your poor buisness habits and law-breaking ways. The point I was making about you selling people's dogs was to direct yours and the world's attention to your lies. You blantantly lied in response to Jill Straley's post that you offer to sell people's dogs for them. REMEMBER...that is how you first contacted Wanda. You also mentioned that you wanted Mantu for yourself but that he had limited training. Mantu had more training than Callie or Nitro, and you bought both of them. You are just full of lies and deception. Also, no one has claimed that you can predict or control the way a bitch conceives or how many she will carry. That is what ultrasounds are for! AND you told us that Randa had ultrasounded for 2-3 puppies only -- NEVER that she ultrasounded NEGATIVE. That must be the lie that you told some other poor fool who was suckered into your little scam! There was no heat index, you moron. It was January and February! Not even in Louisiana is that time of year even remotely warm! Get your lies straight, Aaron, you are going to trial, and judges and attorneys will not be as easily swept away with all these conflicting stories. Make no mistake about this -- we may have been fooled by your smooth-talking and seemingly abundant knowledge of the German shepherd, BUT us Southerners did do one thing well -- we kept good records, including emails, phone records, and financial records. When you get to Louisiana, court will just be a formality or process that needs to be completed before you are made to make things right or serve jail time. It would just be so much easier if you would pay up!

I see now that the truth has come out, and all your lies have been revealed, that you have nothing more to say...or is it just your way of dropping out of sight again so that your location can not be traced? Just give it up, Aaron!
