WE NEED YOUR DOG’S PHOTOGRAPH!!! For all competitors who have still not submitted your dog’s photo please see the instructions below on how to submit! The first edition of the E-Book the “2005 North American Sieger Show in Review” is almost ready for distribution on CD. This is the first time in the US that a book of this kind has ever been compiled for a Sieger Show. The E-Book format offers some unique options for us. The book will contain the following information: • Standing examination critique, 3 generation pedigree and complete catalog information for all dogs • Pictures of all dogs where provided • Breeder and Owner information for all dogs with direct links to available websites if connected to the internet • Bloodline charts similar to those found in the Foto Urma books for all VA dogs and for the top 5 in each class • Linebreeding for all VA dogs and for the top 5 in each class • ZW Rating, hip, elbow and DNA results, where available, from the SV Genetics CD • For each class, there is a placement list where all American Bred dogs are indicated • For each class there is a results by Sire and by Dam page • Top American Bred dogs pages • Kennel Group Listings • Male and Female Progeny Group critiques • Male and Female Progeny Listing • Name Index Because of its’ electronic format there are literally thousands of links contained within the book, you can quickly go to an individual dog’s page from any listing within the book. There is a Search function that can be used to find all pages where a dog is listed. The book can be navigated in the same way as normal web pages using the “Back/Forward” buttons as well as going through the pages sequentially using the “Previous/Next” buttons. While there is much useful information contained in the book, the real “power” is in seeing a photo of each dog. Please click on the link below to see which dog’s we still need photos of. If you did not have an ad in the NASS Catalog and would like to have an ad in the E-Book, the price is $50 per page. If you are interested, please contact me at: cmandela@aol.com As a Breeder or Owner with a website, if you would like a link to your website from your dog’s page, please send me your web URL and the name(s) of the dogs to which it should be linked. This link will appear in the Breeder or Owner information window. We can only provide links to websites which are related to dogs that were entered in the 2005 show The E-Book is going through the last stages of formatting and proofing. We would like to make it available for purchase by the beginning of August.. To meet this deadline, I need all photos and web site links to be included, NO LATER THAN JULY 22. The E-Book will be available on CD for the price of $45.00 plus $3.00 for shipping and handling. There will be a web page available shortly where you will be able to place your order.
