Yasko Farbenspiel - Page 1

Hello everyone, I am just wondering if anyone has used Yasko Farbenspiel for stud service since Oct. 2005. I used chilled semen from Yasko in Oct. of 2005 and my female didn't conceive. When I called Bill Fleischer to tell him, he promised me another free breeding not including veterinary costs. About two months later the veterinary clinic called me and informed me that Yasko's owner would be taking his dog back and that everyone who's dog did not conceive and was waiting for a second breeding would be getting a refund in about a month. She also told me that there were at least six other people that were also waiting for refunds. I waited two months from the day that the clinic called to call back. I thought they must have sent the money to the wrong address or something. The clinic told me that they still had Yasko and that they never talked to his owner only to his secretary and that when he sent them the money they would send everyone their refunds. Well it has been eight months since I used Yasko and I would like to if any one on this database is also waiting for a refund and if they have received their money yet. I am beginning to think that I won't be getting my money back at all. I e-mailed Bill Fleischer today and am waiting for a reply, I am also going to call the vet clinin on Monday. I also just wanted to let people know about my experiances with this kennel. Thanks. Mysti

Mysti, If youd like Yaskos owners email or dont have it let me know and I shall email it to you.

Fleischer has been around a long time and they know the business. Looks to me you should get a refund. What about a contract you had? Its my understanding he leased Yasko for a period of time and had him here in USA for breedings.
