Hello,I had a german shepherd at 11 month old one time with one danging ear the vet said it might never stand erect, but every time that i would massage the ear it would stand erect for a couple of seconds,i tried taping it did not work,go to your local grocery store,or pharmacy and look for Mole skin in the foot section,It looks like a big square bandage, place on the back of the dangling ear from bottom of the ear and fold the top of the ear as if the ear was erect, when folding the outer mole skin sticks together with adhesive that's in the mole skin.Do not remove until it's unrepair, you'll see what i mean when the mole skin is on,the ear stood erect with no problem,it was very comfortable on the dog with out him pulling on it.Good luck, and i hope it work's for you.
