Quesiton on drive - Page 1

When I am putting my female in drive (teasing her with the ball on a string) she seems to have bad aim and often grabs my pants or shirt sometimes pinching skin. Should I just wear thicker pants and a training vest. I'd rather not discipline her while trying to put her in drive. Any thoughts on the matter are appreciated. Thanks, Melanie

Tell her no, stop the game for 20-30 secs (no stim, hold the ball/toy still and tell her no if she goes after it), and let her figure out that everytime she bites you or your clothing that the game stops. That's the easiest way to do it if you don't want to physically correct her. She does however need to learn that it's not an acceptable behaviour, otherwise you could end up with bigger issues later.
