I am trying to find some information about how/where to submit x-rays to obtain an a-stamp in the USA?

United Schutzhund Club's used to offer it, not sure if they still do. I know they were more expensive than WDA.
GSDCA-WDA.org has online forms, you do not have to be a member to do the a stamp either. There is a link on their website. Dog must be tattooed, (tattoo verification form is online) as well as a 4 generation certified akc pedigree if born after 1/2005. This information is on the front page of WDA's site.

you can check the USA website.. www.germanshepherddog.com - I believe the procedure is laid out there as well....
