I have a stupid question (probably).  What, exactly, do I type in the body of an email or description of an ad or web site to get to my dogs pedigree?

This is what I typed and it did not work.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

When you write a message, look at the tool bar above the message. The little chain looking icon is for a link.It is the third to the left of the Youtube icon. If you just type something like you did, it is an email address, but if you want to make it "clickable," click on the link and fill in the blanks.

Ta-da!

You could just copy the url (address) by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl+C to copy it and then compose your email and in the place you want the link to appear press Ctrl+V to paste in the link. Yahoo also allows you to use a toolbar that appears under the body of the composed email, not sure on other email providers.
