Years ago, my husband put on a rubber gorilla mask in the house. My WGWL old gal (no longer alive) lost her anal glands and freaked until she heard his voice. Our WGSL male (also no longer alive) advanced aggressively.
Those are cool masks!

Major Edit to Post
I would never try this around the ranch dogs. Never, never ever.
The woman that makes these masks charges around $1,000 per each, like 4 years ago.
The past couple of days I have seen on the front page of Yahoo a sales ad for these masks at $39.95. Yeah right, I don't think so. As I have also seen youtube videos warning of how folks are stealing the videos of her masks, then posting fraudulent sales ads.
Found her actual website. What a talented pair they making "furry" costumes. I probably just offended the Furry folks calling them costumes. I do not know what I am supposed to call them in this politically correct world. Sorry. Edit again: I guess they are called costumes. Phew, I did not make a social faux pas.

How Yahoo could post the ad on their front page with out vetting it is beyond me!
On another note, you know, things are getting so life like, one these days aliens will land on Earth, walk up to someone & that someone will say, "Piss off Bob, stupid costume," while going back to staring at their IPhone. Hopefully they will have their dog with them that will freak out & say, "That's not Bob!"

The person wearing the mask would have a really bad day if the person wearing it wasn't immediate family or one of the vets she knows. Unless I commanded her otherwise.
This *assumes* the person was in the house uninvited, or otherwise posing a threat.

It must be 'costumes'', or how could you have 'cosplay' ?
Really not sure how Dexter would react if someone came along wearing one; I suspect it would have something to do with whether they stood, or got down on all fours.
