I must agree Red Sable.

The truth be told this event is only a smoke screen and not the real reason behind the gun control movement at all, it has nothing to do with civil crime.
Best protect your rights regardless.

A smoke screen?
by Preston on 27 December 2012 - 19:12
Yes, it is a smoke screen for the coming imposition of complete tyranny, genocide and a provoked civil war with Obama perhaps being set up to be the new Abe Lincoln who set the Constitution aside to keep the south in the USA proper. Here is some history on gun control for those that haven't studied it. http://www.marketoracle.co.uk/Article38219.html
Also, a number of American Jews learned well from the death camps in Nazi Germany which followed complete disarmament of civilians under Hitler. Their motto is NEVER AGAIN and they mean it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=eP8DIB7T2eQ

England has very strong gun restriction laws. Now doctors there are calling for restriction of knives because of so many assaults with them. Will this change the hearts and minds of those who do the assaults? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/4581871.stm

Preston - yes we have gun laws; and there are already
some restrictions on knives.
No, that doesn't provide immunity in the UK from
mass killings or other gun or knife crimes.
BUT where control is stricter, there is less chance
of someone just picking up, and being able to use,
readily available semi-auto weapons - or whatever -
and ammo, on a whim to kill; and more chance of
records that show where the guns are held, if you are
trying to catch someone for such crimes.
Nothing will ever fully prevent the 'mad & the bad' -
BUT WHY HAND IT TO 'EM ON A PLATE ???
