Maci was viciously killed and abused on wednesday i dont think i can stand it much longer he was sleeping in the front garden on our side of the fence and this swine goaded his staffi to attack him i begged him repeatedly to stop but he just laughed I called the dog warden sorry she will get back to you on friday phoned police nothing doing no person in harm he then tried to attack me when i tried to get maci but I couldnt maci took off into the neighbours garden the swine then goaded his dog with his mates to chase my cat and they stood there cheering him on while he savagly attacked my boy I could do nothing they would not let me get to my cat my neighbour came and beat them off they then took off with the staffi and he rushed maci to the vets for me he died at half six that evening the rspca are involved he will be charged with cruelty to another animal the dog will be taken away he will be banned from owning other dogs the police woman who came who is a friend of Jane's (Rescue lady I work with) came instantly she will be having the youth arrested tomorrow night when she is back on duty for crimminal abuse and trespass on me and the lady who runs the neighbourhood watch who also tried to help me get him to get his dog off my cat
I just dont know what to feel or do i am so hurt and want to kill this thing that thinks he is a human
I also am torn in my feelings for the dog yes I want him put to sleep so he cant do this to another animal ever again but I am also very sad for this dog as it was not his doing as an animal lover and rescuer how am I supposed to live with myself knowing I allowed this dog to be put to sleep for killing my cat, is it right for me to feel this way or am I a shallow person
I just feel so sad and miss my poor boy terribly he was fifteen and didnt deserve what this guy and his dog did to him I said to my hubby last night it is just aswell I am six months pregnant cos if I hadnt been the guy would have been dead by now after what he did to me and my cat.

Wow...what a hero, goading his dog to attack and kill a 15 year old cat. He must feel he's a REAL man now! 
If it had been my cat, I think both dog AND owner would be either dead or in the hospital. I don't have a gun, but baseball bat, shovel...whatever it took.
There sure are some poor excuses for human beings taking up breathing room on this planet!

What a horror! I'm so sorry. I can't imagine..there are not words for how bad I feel for your cat and you. I feel this impotent rage at the whole situation. I can't even fathom what you must be feeling.
I wish I could make it go away.

Dont worry he will get his.I have to agree with sunsilver ,I surely would be in jail right now if that was my cat.Some people do not have the brains of a fly,and the dog should be most definitly pts,so should the owner.
Reading your post made me vision the show "inside criminal minds" where these types of people are the most disturbed sadistic,lowest of the low.Actually you cant get much lower.

I echo what everyone above says and offer my sincere condolences as well.
What a vicious, sinister, twisted mind this individual has. Although not the complete fault of the dog, I agree that this dog did indeed need to be pts as it has now been trained by this idiot to attack and kill.
Sad state of affairs.

had the dog warden phone me just now wanting to know about what had happened on wednesday so gave her a right ear bashing about her not coming out when i was begging for help over maci, anyway i told her the dog was a brindle staffi male with a white blaze down his chest told her what had happened and all she sat gobsmacked then she asked if i knew the owner I said yes and gave her his name she asked if i knew where he lived I said no but I have his address as the witnesses who tried to help me knew him and his gang very well so gave her the address the answer i got was OH S&&&&& she then told me that she had gone and collected the staffi from that house as being a stray yesterday afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am itching to go there and claw his eyes out I phoned the seargent in charge of the case she was laughingnot in a funny way but in a oh yeh we'll see way and said not to worry he has just made his grave deeper as she has got written statements from all the witnesses of wednesday saying he owned that dog and a signed statement from the previous owner of the dog with a photo of the dog stating that she gave them the dog over a year ago I told the dog warden to call him bruce at the shelter as that was the dogs name. you know he stood on the opposite side of the road here yesterday with his mates staring at the house waiting so I got the helling and thought I am not being intimidated by you an longer and went and sat in the front garden with the kids and let them play. He thinks he is so clever for getting rid of the dog but he has made a huge blunder as the RSPCA said one he should have notified nearest vet, dog warden and RSPCA that they had found a stray on the monday which is what he is saying and two they should not have been walking around with the stray on or off the lead if he was not legally his dog and three he can be fined for not reporting the dog as a stray to the proper authourities that monday so he is really make a complete ass of himself the plonker, But hell my blood is boiling to see his head on a platter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So sorry Amon Ra. What a horrible thing to happen to you and your poor cat. I hope you pursue this to the fullest before the idiots hurt something or someone else.

If this had happened in America surely it would have ended in a shooting. I'm not saying this is an appropriate response, just making an observation.
I'm sorry your dear old man left the planet in such a tragic fashion. In a just world the idiot who sicced the dog on him would do a few years in prison at the very least, but it's "just an animal" and human ego being what it is, this creeps useless life will be valued far more than your cat's by the legal system.
