Hard to see, or hear, but did you give the 'watch' command? If so, then he sure explodes in a display that would thwart all but the most F'd up 'ne'er-do-well' person, lol.

Hi koots yes he was given  a command  .Iv being  working  on the speed  from  a totally  switched  off dog  to a fast aggressive  warning .its  important  that the dog understands  a command  .

.its  important  that the dog understands  a command

Yes, absolutely, and that the dog only gets aggressive on that command, or if you're attacked.    He does switch 'on' very quickly, but the real question is, can you have absolute control when he's in drive (like going into a 'down/quiet' on command)?    That's the tough part, IMO.

Yes he will switch off what told either sit or down back to heel he works off lead the same way he has bh obedience as well street obedience in all drive

That's great, and a vid that shows both the 'active' and the back to 'passive' dog would tell more about your training level, IMO.

What did your BH test 'traffic' portion consist of? I've seen a few BH trials lately, and depending on the judge and the location, the 'traffic' portion varies widely.

The idea of the exercise was not to control the dogs after the command for aggression .it was to build confidence to add control would take away from the feeling he was having in confronting the bad guy and winning .in time I will put the whole picture together and he will understand but for the moment he is the big dog .I know putting him back in to a control heel will not be a problem because his aggression came from a form of control so he never left my control in the first place .
