Here is a picture of my girl Jessie. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. Bought her from Hylock kennels in Ada Michigan. She turned 13 on January 26th. She has been the picture of health. She has never been sick and I mean I can only remember a few times in her life that she has had diarrhea or thrown up. Cast iron stomach. She is so sweet and loving, just a precious girl. She spent her entire life in the same house with us in the country. So, here is my beautiful girl.

WOW: she really is beautiful; and it is sooooo good to hear that SOME dogs have great longevity, so tell us what have you fed her all her life? She looks spectacular for her age and possible the good country living has had something to do with it. Nan

Nan, She has ate many dog foods through the years but most recently Taste of the Wild, and now Blue Buffalo Adult Senior. I have to put water in it and let it soak just a minute, as her teeth are definately not what they used to be.

Ah, I do love to see oldies. She is gorgeous and looks marvellous for her age.
We sure do need longevity in the breed.

She sure is a Beauty. As stated, looks great for her age. Hope I get those kind of results from country living. Moved out here 8 years ago and just assembled a GSD family. My city GSD's made it to 11 and 13, one left early at 7 due to medical condition. Anyway she'e great. Enjoy!
