I can see that she does have problems on the left side but my main question is whether or not anyone thinks that the issue with her left side is due to a previous injury or congenital HD. I guess a little background would be more than helpful as to why i'm asking, she did have an injury to her left limbs running at the beach (limping very bad and not wanting to walk at all, in fact I had to carry her back to the car) when she was around 18 months however I put her on "bed rest" for a week or two. I know I should have taken her to the vet then but the next day I could already tell she was moving around way more and with way less discomfort.
These radiographs were submitted to the OFA and she received a grade of unilateral moderate HD on the left side.
Besides that any further opinion or criticism would be greatly appreciated, especially regarding the positioning of the hip radiograph and whether or not a resumbission will yield different results
Thank you all in advance!

almost forgot to mention her activity, to me she doesn't show the classic signs of HD.
Regarding tiring fast, she doesn't. Regarding reluctance to run, jump, play, swim she has none. She is a very active dog and to me she doesn't walk or run like a dog with HD. Muscle mass in the hind legs is great, even the vet mentioned before the radiographs that she has quality even muscle mass and due to that most likely had no HD. But then again the radiographs and the OFA say otherwise.

Looks more like she got broadsided by something to get injuries like these.
What hit her or what did she hit.
Even if you had taken her to the vet the day of the incident it would not make a bit of difference in the results. Edited talking about the elbow

I was planning to redo the hips but wanted to make sure I didn't sound crazy when I asked the vet about the positioning.
regarding her injury, the best way I can say it is that the tide or something at the beach had created a ditch/divide in the beach itself but it was high tide at that time so I didn't see it or else I would have avoided it. Anyways we were running/jogging down the beach in the water and we both landed in it and we both crashed into each other and the ground. I've stayed away from running with her in the water since then.
