Hi mates, Was wondering how to prepare my 11m male (show line) for the next show. I'll be glad to hear from you guys on the following: 1. Tips to make the back stronger. 2. what can be done with "slightly short croup". Thanks in advance.

2. You can do nothing for the croup. It is what it is. You can hire a professional show handler who can show the dog to maximum advantage, but you can never entirely hide this. An experienced judge will always notice it. Do not know about the American ring, but in the German and International style ring, it is usually only a minor default depending on just how short the croup is.. There have been VA dogs for whom the report stated "croup could be a nuance longer". However, a seriously short croup, is another matter.
