I am in need of finding the breeder to my Dutchy.Her name is Barb Ruelman(the spelling may not be right )She is the breeder on my Dtchy girl and I need her pedigree and her papers.She is one smart working animal and I want to do lots of stuff with her and can't without her info.
Can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!

There is no AKC recognition for Dutch Shepherds.
In Europe, only the pure breds are registered and the working lines they know their bloodlines. It's likely you don't have a purebred, but a working line instead.
YOu can contact ARBA animal rare breed association http://arba.org/ and with at 3 - gen pedigree they'll register her.
The other is Continental - they're all online. That is your only route unless you know she has a DUTCH pedigree.
You can still do sport etc with your dog without papers, i know that for a fact. So, I don't know why you want those papers. With her being 3 yrs old...
They allow mix breeds in Schutzhund clubs etc you name it. Dog clubs are not snobs ;) You need to find the right club.
