We have a Dutch herder dog and bitch both from working lines. We are located in England and are planning a litter in spring next year. If you are looking at this Dutch Shepherd forum you probably know how rare these dogs are in the UK. Contact us if you are interested in the breed or up and coming puppies.

Our Dutch Herder dog is from Tommy Luijken - need I say more! and the bitch was born in England, brought over in embryo from Holland.

ah ok, not interested in the KNPV lines right now. Too high drive for a family dog. We're looking for FCI dogs from NHC breeders. My oldest is 8 currently, but when she turns 10 she wants a dog she can help in the training with and the KNPV dutchies are way too much for her to handle. We shall continue to look over in NL.

My wife and I bought a Dutch Shepherd from the KNPV lines with several UKC registered dogs in his bloodline. He has high drives but if anything, they aim to please. He is absolutely great with my wife, with children, loves to play, and is well socialized. You couldn't get a better dog for training than one of these dogs. Some just work with them for obediance and not just bite work. We have ours training primarily for obediance.

Hi, i am very interested in having a dutch herder puppy. Can you give me some more information.
I have worked with working dogs for the past 23 years and although not had a dutch herder myself i have been involved with dutch herder x shepherds and they are both lovely dogs.
