I purchased a very well bred breeding prospect puppy from Janos 3 years ago. I made it very well known that this puppy must have both testicles descended before purchase. He had his vet sign a letter stating testicles were descended. Puppy arrives by plane to me and I take it to my vet. Both testicles are undescended. I make it known immediately and per Janos give him time. I wait a year. Janos promises puppy in return. 3 years later, continues to ignore messages and no puppy or refund in return after documented promises of such. I will be contacting a lawyer but I do not want others getting used by him which is why it’s time to share.
