hans , that is the old rating transitional case , it used to be 
hd vrij---clear
tc  transitional case
LP   light positive
+    positive
++severe positive


like a said before     many dogs with TC  hips   got OFA exelent in the USA

Duke would you say that TC is by definition eqal to OFA good?

I would say good to exelent , in the time they gave those ratings , hardly any dog received the rating HD free , they were judging harder than any country , later they changed it to FCI standarts , with A,B,C etc  and then started to give more dogs an A rating
