I bought a bitch from this breeder for £850 3 years ago got told i would have to get hips and elbows scored before i could breed from her.I got vienna,s hips score back total is 67.Right side 33 and Left side 34 all you,s out there know thats a terrible score and no way can i breed from her.Sue has skirted round the edges not willing to admit this is bad for me im fully aware its a chance we all have to take that hips and elbows come back fine.I seen Sue at the open show in strathclyde and she admitted it was bad that i was to get in touch with her once the score came back when i got it and she says yes we,l sort something out.If only she had spoken to myself on the fone rather than ignoring myself and hoping the problem would go away and have her husband be nasty to myself and my husband and not once did we raise our voice Jim her husband did so what does that tell you all out there they know there,s a problem and will not admit it.Sue thinks she has the upper hand here and think shes indespensable but i think she should admit her wrong doings.I would never buy a bitch pup long haired at that for £850 for a pet and especially when one of her other bitches was due puppies at the same time and she was selling them for £600.NO WONDER YOU TOLD ME SUE NOT TO LET ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH I PAID FOR VIENNA.Its bad out there that there is breeders who think they rule the world WITH THERE SHEPHERDS IE-SUE BELLFIELD IS ONE OF THEM .I got told by Sue vienna would be £850 to keep the bloodline.I just thought i would post my grievance with SUE BELLFIELD on here and let everyone know i know some out there will strongly dissagree with me and some who wont but £850 for a bitch and get nothing out of it its bad so i would stay well clear of SUE BELLFIELD and her not so fantastic breeding.Happy reading Sue look forward to your reply.xx

Hi I am sorry that your female has that high score but she can still have a very good pet happy life   we all from time to time get a high hip score and it is not what we as breeders want but it happens what I do [thank god it is not very often i get a high score] I always replace with a new puppy from diffrent lines or if the person is going to keep the dog as a pet then I will give them say you payed £6oo i will give the person £400 back that way you have a pet and some money back all breeders are diffrent in what they do in this situation  some breeders will take the dog back and have it pts then replace with a new puppy to me this is wrong the dog does not deserve to be pts as a high hip score does not mean death however good luck with your girl and I hope the problem gets resolved

hi shostring thankyou for your reply maybe sue bellfield should take a leaf out of your book she may learn something.We know a few breeders and they say the same as yourself ie-sum money back or another pup it just seems to be the good breeders who do this not the ones who are just out to make money.

I like to think that I am a good  breeder as I love my dogs and  the pups that  I have breed I also always do the right thing if anyone has a problem with any dog they have bought from me I do everything in my power to help sort the problem  if they cant keep the dog I will take the dog back and keep it here untill I find the right home for it no matter what the age if to old to rehome then I just keep it here for the rest of its life but that is my policy I have a duty to all my dogs and that includes the puppys that I have breed  but every breeder is different and have different policys all I can say is try talking to your breeder again and hope that every one stays calm and that you both come to a sutible agreement  good luck

A female from same litter  in Ireland also had bad hips . Expect the usual rant from the Sue B for "bloody hypocrite" about how great her kennel is & how we are all jealous of her success etc . In reality she does not practice what she preaches . Her greatest success , The " R " litter would never had been born if this was the case . DO THE RIGHT THING SUE " FOR BLOODY HYPOCRITE" AND GIVE THESE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK OR REPLACE THE PUPPY .ANY DECENT BREEDER WOULD HAVE HAD IT SORTED BY NOW AND THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO NEED TO USE THIS FORUM
