I see there adds all the time and they have some great looking dark sable dogs. As good a looking Chz dogs as I have ever seen. I know they sell a lot of pups here and I was wondering about  the dogs. I was thinking of trying a male from their upcoming breeding's. I never see any in the trial results getting titled here or in the PSA results. Is it that they are mostly going to non competition homes? They have a nice litter from a Javir son coming up. Great looking dogs just wondering if anyone had any info on what to expect , its a lot of money buying a pup there and shipping it I just want to make sure I get what i want.I am looking for a dog for work not really a family pet..There stud dogs always have at least a sch 3 which is more than most Cz dogs I see advertised have.

Let me say it this way. The answer is in your question. Read it.  If you look for a dog for work then do not worry about the looks.

Great answer!  I have one girl here (Violka) and she is incredible.  However, listen to Hans, HE IS RIGHT ON THIS ONE.

the anrebri dogs are more known for their looks than for workingability , but they are not worse than many others out there ,  nothing wrong with saying that I guess , if you want a looker , thats the place to be , only if you want a dark sable  looker I wouldnot go for a pup from javir , but go for  a francesko pup , nice build and colour

Ive seen a dog from their breeding with very good working qualities , his name is imo anrebri , but he is not out of their traditional lines

Why can't breeders combine looks and working ability, is it that difficult !!!!

IMO, Karthago combines looks and workability.  I can almost always pick out a Karthago dog by their looks....Karthago has a "knack" for setting a particular look within their breedings and their dogs CAN work!  But are not Czech.....incase that is what you are looking for as well.

I do have to admit that I am biased because I own a Karthago dog..........Vinetta Karthago.

You hit the nail on the head   Duke:   I laughed last week on a post here , a PO  ask someone   " why do you breed such ugly females.?"..ha ha ha.  I WANTED  to jump in and say something but I did not...

Out of the ugliest females( because they are not  Teddy Bear look) in usa come some of  the most prize working males /females...Who cares if they have gorgeous eyes and look like TEDDY BEARS....YES , THEY USE TO , YEARS AGO , LIKE THE BUSECKERSCHLOSS LINES,  breed dogs that you would die for in looks and would work the  fiercest of all..

That was THEN   this is NOW>

Actually, my Dressa  a sable,  who is nice looking , but not the  drop dead gorgeous girl, produced some awesome looking progheny that work like a fierce Frei  Guggi.   Looks often come from many of the gr parents and gr gr grandparents and just look at the number you have in pedigrees to pull from...The hard work ability seems to be harder to pull to the top

I also bring to the table   Zibossie out of Zidane and Tanja...Tanja was not a good looking female..Zibossie is gorgeous and she is one  hard bitch...Mahon can attest to that ,he is training her.
