If you have been robbed of your money by breeders in Europe who do not deliver dogs, there are ways to report it. The more people that take the time to file a report the sooner the they will be stopped from robbing others!
Before you buy google the name of the seller, go to general topics forum and see if anyone has complained. DON'T TRUST THE WORD OF ANYONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE EXCUSES AND TELLS YOU IT IS NOT THE ROBBERS FAULT!!!!!!
When you file the complaint do a search and include all the other compalints as part of your report. They will see that yours is NOT an isolated incident.

If you are buying from a kennel or especially a BROKER be sure you check them out in every way possible. Post here to see if anyone else has dealt with them.
