I know that most regisgries (AKC, CKC, etc) are just that, and have little power over BYBs or the continuous breeding of dogs with health-related ailments. There is no review/feedback/rating system that is supported by such registries either.
Is there something out there as I have described that I've yet to find? I would like to see a strongly supported breeder review site/forum that is breed-specific; and hopefully supported by the major registries, breeders, and animal lovers alike.
Can you help me find it?

It would be great, but extremely difficult to verify and potentially a breeding ground for people who want to be malicious by painting a good breeder as a bad one.
If you've had a bad experience, try ripoffreport.com, at least if someone googles the breeder they'll find the report.
