Think now......What is the ONE thing, that you would do differently with your dog ( with regard to starting training) if you could do it again ? .....................................Ruger1

With my UD dog- train for the love of training, not just to get titles done. I was still not over the death of my beloved male when I got her, that coupled with her aggression made me have a chip on my shoulder when I trained her. She is 110% respectful and accurate, but was never as spirited a worker as she could have been.
With my SchH1 dog- I never should have quit. Breeding her was a enormous fiasco and had I known she wouldn't have live pups until 5 years old I would have taken her to a SchH3. Stupid, stupid waste of an incredible working bitch.
I am learning from those errors on my new girl, make no mistake!

Mudwick...Is the idea that you have the dog sit, stand and down on the bench..?? Is the reason to keep the dog from being sloppy?
