I read on a post that someone said they had a dog with soft teeth.....I have never heard of that before....I never experienced broken or breaking of any teeth....I assume that's what soft teeth means..... Is this something that is heredity or results of diet? Do certain lines produce this more than others, or it just a random thing?

My bitch has soft teeth.
It can be hereditary or it can be diet. I have no idea the intricacies of it, I don't breed.
She's never broken a tooth, she just have a degree of wearing that far exceeds what a two year old dog should have, considering that she hasn't been given anything to chew since her adult teeth came in.
