This family would like to take Stella and the owner has agreed, however he is moving and stated she has to be out of his house no later than this Sunday!
I live about 2.5 hours south of him and can arrange pick up. The woman who is interested in adopting can drive up I95 to around Virginia. I was wondering if anyone was making a trip down South this weekend and would be interested in helping this girl get on with her new life.
I can pick her up in North Jersey and drive part of the way too? Anyone in DE or Maryland that has a few hours to spare this weekend?
I was also wondering is it possible and or safe to put a dog on a train?

Hi:
We could arrange anywhere along the I95 corrider. I could meet at the rest stops or somewhere off one of the exits in either Maryland , etc. I can be flexible. Just looking for some help if possible cutting a few hours out for me.

I live outside of Philadelphia and can pick the dog up from the owner. The new owner is in Charleston, SC. The family is a friend of my sister in law and brother who have vouched for her as able to provide her with a good home.
The owner told me today he needed to move the dog by this Sunday, but since then he has not gotten back to me to try and figure this out. All he said was he was moving and did not have time for a road trip.
The new owner said she could meet somewhere in the middle, so I figure that may be in the Richmond, VA area.
I have a friend who is willing to keep her a few days to buy me some time to figure this all out.
All I know is she is a sable - 2 year old female purchased from a breeder in Ohio. He did not have the name of the breeder, however he is going to give her papers to me when I pick her up.
I just hope I hear from him soon, so she doesn't end up in a shelter.
I will post more details, once I have her in my hands.
