Steven Bell

Age at disappearance: 24

Steven, from Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, was 24 years old when he went missing. Last seen leaving his grandparent’s home in Westerhope on 5 February 1998, there has been no word of Steven since.

There is great concern for Steven’s welfare. His grandparents especially are anxious for news as they were very close to Steven and it has been so long since they last heard from him. They just want to know that he is safe and well and urge him to make contact with someone to reassure them of his wellbeing. Steven is 6ft tall, slim with brown hair adn grey/blue eyes.

Louise Tume

Age at Disappearance: 18

Louise, from Darlington, County Durham, has been missing since 9 June 2005. Last seen in Islington, north London, there has been no news since and Louise’s whereabouts remain unknown.

There is great concern for Louise’s safety and she is urged her to get in touch with someone to let them know that she is OK. Louise can call the confidential service Message Home on Freefone 0800 700 740 where she can get support and leave a message that we can forward to her loved ones.

Louise sometimes uses the names ‘Anya’ or ‘Louisa’. She is about 5ft 6in, slim with long straight brown hair and usually wears glasses.
