What is the meaning of (Breeding Value = 80)?.

How do they determine / measure it?

Also please what do they mean by the line breed (5,5) & / or (4,5) etc...?

For example:-

LINEBREED JECK VOM NORICUM (5,5) MARK VOM HAUS BECK (4,5) JELLO VON DER WIENERAU (5,5)

Thanks for your help.

By breed value, do you mean the HD ZW number? That refers to the dog's hip rating; Oli has an article on it here:

http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/picturegallery/10.html

The line breeding numbers refer to the number of times a given dog appears in a pedigree and in which generation.  In your example above, Jeck v. Noricum and Jello appear in the pedigree twice each in the fifth generation and Mark appears once in the fourth and once in the fifth.

In addition to what Keith said, when you see, for example Mark 5-5.. The number(s) before the dash is the sire's side of the pedigree. The number(s) after the dash is the dam's side of the pedigree..  If you see, 3,5-5 means that particular dog is once in 3rd gen and once in 5th gen. on sire's side  and once in 5th gen on dam's side.. Hope this helps...

Not much help but the Females side of a Pedigree is always the lower half of both Paternal and Maternal line so as said will be the second part of two numbers
