Do you have any other dogs?
Being blind should have too much effect on house breaking once she is used to her area. In my experience females are usually easy to potty train as they typically don't like voiding in what they consider home.
Take it slow in the beginning as it's really important that she trusts you.

Someone else on this board, Crysbuck, adopted a blind puppy named Annie Oakley. The dog is amazing. I am sure if you PM or email Crys she would be happy to give you some tips. Click onto this link to PM or email her. I haven't seen her on the board much lately, so emailing her would probably be best. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/userinfo.html?userid=51626
