Try taking them again but at a lower megipixel, maybe 2 or less if your camera is adjustable. The picture wil come out much better.

May I ask how old this dog is?? First the Hip Xray shows the dog misaligned (crooked/twisted) but it appears the top of the femurs are thickening (bone change). Unless this dog is middle aged or older I am not sure how well they would fair for certification but that is just my opinion.

Dog is about 5 years,

it looks to me that the left hip (shown on right sids) has sustained some sort of an injury.
to help, could you make copies of the x-rays and then crop them close in so we can see the blow ups? its really hard to see, the quality isnt all that great so its even more difficult.
