is it possible o know the bloodline of the dog through the tatoo in the ears of the dog???

Of course - you can find out the name of that dog -then you know his pedigree.
But this will only work if the tatoo is linked to a tatoo sheme - if it is a fantasy tatoo, not registered anywhere, you are basicly out of luck. Only chance to find out about that tatoo is, if someone recognizes it, and knows who has used this type of tatoo.
