Okay, if you were to put together a K-9 show where all dogs and trainers alike could go and strut their stuff.. how would you attract the trainers, the sponsors and well the public?

Guess you'd have to do like they did the "Masters". Offer big $ to the competitors which will hopefully bring in big time competitors, which will bring in spectators, which will bring the vendors.

advertise in your paper's for local support, advertise on this site and any other working dog sites; contract your local kennel clubs and SCH clubs and working dog clubs; obedience trainers in your area maybe send out fliers to all; put fliers in pet food stores, vet's offices and anywhere dogs congragate. So far that is all I can think of; maybe even put an ad in the AKC Gazette; talk about circulation. Any working dog magazines, Dog World , etc. Good Luck Nan

Facebook LOL....
Almost everyone has a page, I even found crusty old relatives on there! Well, they found me ;-)
And most "dog people" have a whole network of dog lover friends. You can send out invites from there too that people can say Yes, No or Maybe to whether they will attend.
Good Luck!
