The tattoo # is HB911P4. She is about a year old red and black, a very nice looking dog. The reason I got her was I had the same age, color and size dog come up missing from her kennel, while everyone was at work. The Lady who rescued her from the shelter, thought it could have been my dog. I purchased my dog while I was in AL, my mom was keeping my dog till I came out in june to pick her up. About a month before june, she was gone. I have never seen my dog in person. Her tattoo # was UHHS6A9. I didn't have my dog's #, just got it this morning from breeder, well the #'s don't match. Since the lady had adopted the dog legally from city shelter, had owned the dog over a month before I got the call and went and paid adoption fee and picked her up and now my kids are all attached to her, I really don't want to return the dog to the rescue, even if she is not my original dog. I do want to get in touch with the breeder to see what the circumstances of this dog ending up at the shelter. I want to do the right thing if the dog is a missed family member.

If you really want to do what is right then give the dog a proper home now.
Moons.

Perhaps the real owner is searching for this dog! Trying to find the dog's owner IS the right thing to do!
Two Moons, what if someone stole your dog and it escaped...perhaps someone found it and just KEPT it! You never know
what the story is, might not be bad!
