OK I have the stupidest question but: What is the meaning of the name Andi Bojovnika? Is it like Polish?

Renofan2

Gsdpack:  Bojovnika is Slovak for The Warrior

Link to the kennel is http://www.bojovnikak9.com/

Pharoah:  Spirited is a good word for her.  The only time she isn't moving is when she is in the crate.  Much more active and persistant than my other gsd pups were.

She is fun, but is also exhausting, lol.

Renofan2

Thank you. Gramaticaly it is very incorrect but I get the idea now.

maybe you can tell the guys that preposision needs to go inplace to make a logical sence, like

"od Bojovnika" or "z Bojovnika"  or just simple "Bojovnik", the grammar there is very confusing I know. But as you see I am Slovakian and the meaning confused me also and I had to ask.

Anyway, nice girl and good luck with her!!

GSDPACK, my apologies....I named the pup, I will try to change it with AKC.  Thanks for clarifying...grammar in other languages isn't easy...I should have checked first.

P.S.  Did you get my post about adding prozyme to your other dogs food and enzymes.  When Ceira had a hard time keeping weight on I used it with the other enzymes and it worked great.  I get it KV Vet . com

Hi Lyn:

Yes, I did get your post.  I do have some prozyme as I used it before.  Molly had her appt with the specialist on Monday.  Blood work came back normal (other than epi).  Thryoid levels ok.  Sibo not indicated.  No diabetes, urine ok and b12 levels on the low part of normal.  The specialist recommended I feed her 3 x per day - 2.5 cups per day with some can (Royal Canin LE) with 2.5 tsp enzymes and 1/3 tsp of tylan.  I will weigh her each week and if she does not gain weight in 4 weeks he wants to do an endoscope to determine if she has IBS as well.  He said that dogs that have IBS with EPI have issues gaining weight.  If she has IBS than he will develop a treatment plan for that as well.

Even though her b12 levels were within normal range, he feels she needs to go back to the shots 1x per week for 6 weeks.

The specialist is also concerned with her low heart rate, but does not think it is associated with her EPI issues.  He recommends I consult with their cardiologist.  Since her 2 EKG's were normal, I am going to wait the 4 weeks and then see how she responds to the new feeding schedule.  If I need to have her put under for an endoscope, I will have her evaluated by the cardiologist first before putting her under.

She seems to be tolerating the new food and has had some almost normal stools again.  On a even better note, she seemed really energetic at training and was jumping around alot on the way to the field.  She looked almost like her old self, which was really nice to see.

Thank you for all your help!  I really appreciate it.

Here are some pic's of Molly taken yesterday at training.  She is a long coat so hard to tell just how thin she is.
