Just a quick question: I see that South Africa is used as one of the examples of the '95% of the scammers from overseas.' That was a bit of a shocker for me. I'm not a breeder, but I was wondering if any of you had a bad experience with any breeders from SA?

It is mostly people from Africa but they claim to be from all over the world.
Some will say that they are from Germany or Denmark but they are really in Africa
