Does anyone know which dogs were declared for the 2010 Universal Sieger/Siegrin title. I declared with my dog, but while at the sieger show this weekend I was unable to get a definite answer from anyone about this.

Currently I know my dog V Gento vom Banholz, SchH3

and I have heard rumor that Tim Burkes dog Buddy was declared, but not sure.

If any one has any facts about this please post

I just spoke with the SS Secretary, who advises that there were no "declarations" this year, and have not had "declarations" since the multitude of declarations two years ago. It is my understanding that Gento and Buddy are the only likely candidates. Good Luck! Which regional championship are you entering?

what about Ravi's Juneau?

My understanding from Ravi is that the SS is Juneau's last outting and he is going to be a "gentleman of leisure" from now on.

Thanks for the info. Gento competed at the South Central Regional in February. May also enter the one in Lawson, MO in September if training is going well.

I am still looking forward to the day that there are at least a half dozen contenders for the title at the National Championship. But, it looks like there will be two viable candidates for the first time in a couple of years. That , at least, is not regression to one or none.

Give us a couple of years.....we (hopefully) have a young upcoming male...it's one of our goals in the next 2 years....to compete for the title.
