Truly pathetic. What goes through a person's head, that they tell themselves it is okay to neglect and abuse animals? So depraved, someone like that should not own animals. This brings the term "Throw Away" animal to a sickening reality.

I think regardless of whatever type of dog it is, what was done was disgraceful. At the risk of being cold about this, if this is case where the people either couldn't or wouldn't take care of the dog and there was no option of being able to place it with a rescue group or re-home it, then put it to sleep. It's a far kinder opinion then what was offered up. Better they get their wings than become compressed garbage. JMO...
