URGENT!
I need the names and contact info for every shelter, SPACA, rescue group, etc. within 300 miles of Carlisle, PA. Seems someone is planning to dump a 9 yr old female GSD and her puppies next week!
Please don't ask for the name of the dumper. I suspect they would be dumped anonymously.

Mom and pups are purebred, from top working lines. If I find them, I will spring them, no matter how far away they are dumped.

Ok, I do not understand if the dog and pups being dumped, why can you not just contact the person and advise you will take them. I guess I am missing something here.
