Any thoughts on the WDA National Schutzhund Championship and Sch 3 world qualifier? There were 23 Sch 3 dogs that competed with the top three being 286, 281 and 281.

I want to congratulate Eric Eisenberg for 2nd place at this event. He has put 3 different dogs on the world team in 3 yrs. 2 dogs he personally trained and 1 with Pete Kovach that coached. No bad for a guy that does this as a hobby. Its all in how you view this event in my opinion. Scores not at high as some of the working dog championships competitors. Several dogs that competed 2 dogs that competed there got lower scores this time than WDC.  Maybe judging was harder who knows.

It was a great event. Yes, the judging was harder especially in obedience.

Know all 3 who made the World Team. All work hard, are excellent trainers, and deserve their place on the team

The WDA Nationals was as good an event as I have been to, very well run and organized. The quality of the dogs, the helper work,  judges, and track layers  were excellent. Thank you all for putting on a superb trial.

Eric S. Eisenberg
