I have fed fish heads to my dogs and they love it and were fine.In fact the eyes are a great source of vitamin C.I have also ground up fish bones and all to give to them. So I would think if they are ground it should be ok and also they are so small that they shouldn't harm the dog.I know I have eaten them and was fine. For safety though blend it.

From what I have read, raw salmon is a No-No.
I give my dog sardines packed in water with no salt. He loves it.

I work in a fish market ( lucky me) and raw salmon is a no no. I feed mostly salmon, poache it up bones and all, and the meat falls away from the bone,,I retain the juice as well.
I also feed at times sardines. I know alot feed with bones and heads, I'm just rather paranoid to do that, Basically mine get ALOT of poached salmon

We feed raw whole fish often & never had any problems. The only caution I would say is if it's a bigger fish, maybe cut the fins off, as they can be quite sharp.

Raw fish has parasites in it that can be transfered to your dog. Cooking or freezing kills the parasites. It is very common for humans to get fish bones stuck in their throats, and I am sure this can happen with dogs too. I would grind the bones up before feeding.

Have never heard raw salmon is a no no. I feed raw salmon pieces that have been previoulsy frozen, have never had any trouble and the dogs love it! As with most raw feeding questions there are a ton of differing opinions.
