TAKE CARE OF Marko Danecker Zwinger von "Auerbach" - Page 1

Every Body please take care from Marko Danecker from Zwinger von "Auerbach" he has sold me 2 pups from Geck I have transferred him the money in total & he promised to ship the pups after the receipt of the money with 1 week once he received the money he stopped answering my E-mails & his mobile after 1.5 month I have received only one dog not the one i chose in a very bad shape very thin with only 1 testicle & he confirmed many many times that the pup has his 2 testicles.

Please if any one knows haw can I get the rest of the money back from this man or any thing I can do please let me kno

 

M. Ali- Thanks for letting us know about this bad breeder. I will recommend to all my friends never to deal with him in the future.

I am surprised how these people sleep quitely knowing that they hurted other honest people. How can they eat ,feed their families with this stolen money.

If what you are claiming is true, so these people sell their reputation very cheap beacuse they are realy cheap people.

Please keep telling everybody about this breeder for innocent GSD lovers not to be cheated by him any more.

This reminds me of the worst of the lot, the German bad breeder namealy Frank Borowski. This bad example also stole my money & never send me the dogs.

I am sorry that you were cheated by this breeder, I assume he is German and I request German members of this board to see if anyone of them knows the breeder to help Ali get back his money or receive what he paid for. I advise that you approach the German Embassy in your country and see what they can do for you.
I want here to request anyone who wants to warn others of bad breeders to be sincere in telling the whole and exact details of what happeneded as most of us who read such warnings tend to believe them and take them as the complete truth, but when a claim is not true or half of the story is only told then a good breeder is being hurt and his or her reputation is ruined without a factual just reason and this would not be fair.

Ibrahim- M. Ali is a good friend of mine, I belive every single word he mentioned above. 

He has already filed a police statement against this German breeder & I am sure that at the end of the day the right will win.

I am sure that all honest members on this message board like you Ibrahim will also support him till he wins his case.

First of all I would like to thank you for showing interest & care about the above mentioned Issue.

Kindly note that I wish that Marko replies on the above mentioned case & tell his part of the story as he is not replying on my E-mails nor my Calls since 20 days now. I do not know what went wrong I have sent him 10 E-mails telling him if any disaster has happened the dogs died or anything this is out of your hand & just reply to my E-mails & Calls as we will reach an agreement together, but unfortunately he did not reply till now I have only facts on my hands I bought 2 dogs I received one in a very bad shape where is the 2nd dog I do not know where is the dogs I have chosen I do not know & where is my money I do not know.
I have already raised a case in Germany with the bank transfer & all the E-mails between both of us since the beginning of the deal I can send you all these documents if you like.

Do not expect a reply from crooks, what they do is that they keep quiet till the whiole story is forgotten, then they ambush another prey.

Sorry ambushing a prey is usually done by wild animals, but these bad people are scavengers.

No Mohammed Ali, I don't want you to prove anything to me, I heartily sympatize with you and hope things will be resolved for your best. What I said above is a general request to those who post complaints on breeders to tell the exact and whole truth so no good breeder be harmed, that is all.
By the way just for educational purpose (how did you hear about this breeder?) was it through a frend, search on the net etc??.

Please contact me if you had bad dealings with Marko, he is a scammer that works with 2 other people. I had a dealing with him and know first hand. Auerbach kennels has combined with another kennel. I have, as well as my friends posted on here that he was a crook, need to do better on your homework when dealing from afar. Kind regards,

Let me guess, he sent green papers instead of the "promised" of pink papers? I bought 2 dogs from him. Chuck and Cashe. I never got Cashe but I did get Chuck.Chuck came with only one testicle. Marko promised by letter and e-mail to send me another pup, he never did nor will he ever give me my money back.I now only use trusted people from Germany. They have never failed me yet, as to Marko, you are wasting your time trying to call or write to him. PM me and I will give you the names and numbers of his 2 partners. Since you probably sent the money by wire as I did, and it went to his wife's bank account, you might have to file claim against her and Marko together. Marko's english is not very good either so be perpared for that as well. Best of luck, I just take it as a lesson learned. John
