Just thought this might be a good topic since it is obvious the idea of the PM feature is not clear to everyone. My idea and reason to use the PM feature are as follows....
This feature is not intended for the use of sexual interest to others, as I was accused earlier.
It is not intended for the use to try to stalk someone.
In my case, I use the PM feature to discuss private matters that only the other person and I have interested in.
Also as in the pass, when topic gets out of hand and tempers flair and name calling starts thats a verry good reason to suggest using the PM feature. Not everyone wants to be bothered with that kind of stupidity.
I hope it is clear now I HAVE NO SEXUAL INTEREST IN SOCK PUPPET AS I WAS ACCUSED. ANd yes, I will call him out as he is the one doing the accusing. Just had to make that clear...
What is everyone else's reason to use the PM feature???

If I wanted to find out what somebody is wearing the next day so I can match, then I would PM somebody.

LOL funny Bee
I use it if I have a question specificly for someone or to not hijack a thread if there is something that ends up being way off topic. Also just to chit chat with a few people on here. There are a few reasons to PM.

Nonacona60,
I never once said you have a sexual interest in me, what I said was you have a hard on for me(meaning you want to attack me/call me out). Never once have I said it was sexual that is you saying that not me. I think you want to come after me for your own reasons and you just can't get over whatever those reasons are. Sorry for your luck.

I use it for talking about my training buddies behind their backs.
hehehe

Gee don't you use the PM function to talk about poorly bred dogs, who are too fat and have no health certifications, whose breeders know very little, or for people who start silly posts for no reason?
Personally, I use it for sending recipes back and forth.....LOL
