Our male German shepherd dog Bullet went missing on Thursday 4/22/10. It is very unussual that he be gone for this length of time. He was last seen in Hamilton, Mass. on Rt.1A around Orchard Rd. & Bay Rd. area. He could be in the Appleton Farm area, or Headed toward Essex, Mass. via Bridge Street.  The worst case would be that he is dead or someone picked him up. There was a sighting of a woman in a light beige mini van with yellow plates who was trying to coax a German Shepherd in to the van, but they did not see wether the dog got in or not. Bullet is friendly, but reserved, so would not go willingly with a stranger and he was not wearing a collar.  He is sable in color and has a long coat. If you have seen this dog or know of his where abouts, please contact Rick at 978-815-4722, or Cathy at 978-432-1235. Thank you for your support.

Sorry to hear you dog is missing.
Be sure and visit all the local shelters, don't rely on a description over the phone.
Put flyers up EVERYWHERE, with pictures.
Post ads on the internet, with pictures.

Thank you.
We have done everything we could possibly think of. Gone looking on foot with dogs & by cars, posted flyers, newspaper & internet ads, phone calls, networks, forums, friends & family, etc., etc.,  in all surrounding towns & cities and states. It will be 7 days tomorrow.

My thoughts are with you and sending you hugs.  I would hate to think what I would do if Echo went missing!  Good luck and keep us posted.

They need to post pics of the dog so emails can be sent across the states.

We have a lost dog being fostered in the CT area. Can you post pictures of your dog?

Do not rely on the shelters to know this is a GSD, they will call it a mix, collie or ??. You have to go see for your self, or fax to them a picture. I hope you find your dog.

After being lost for 12 days, Bullet was found a few towns away from where he was last seen. He's very thin and loaded with ticks, but in good spirits and very happy to be reunited with his owner. Thanks for all your concerns & advice.

This is good news. Strongly suggest a trip to the vet immediately for appropriate antibiotics in case he has been infected with a tick borne illness. Sooner is better.
