I am wondering if it is possible to "cease fire" on many of the recent arguments in the off chance of saving this forum?
Many people no longer wish to be apart of a forum that is nothing further than a "soap opera". Many topics whom require attention that have been pertinent have been over looked and squandered due to peoples BS threads that serve little to no purpose.
We have already lost several invaluable resources here. 2 of which I consulted with on a regular basis and several other near there end as well. I for one did not join this forum to be involved in yet another drama filled environment. I joined to discuss dogs with intelligent people and learn/discuss/debate/help with people whom have or lack knowledge.
The blown up arguments and petty childish bickering on less than viable topics constantly overshadows the reason some of us are here and quite frankly really pisses a lot of us off.
I'm just hoping maybe some can get back to reality and provide a contribution to this board instead of degrading it.

maybe we could police ourselves and ignore the BS, kinda like sign a pack. so if someone goes off topic, or rips and tears, we ignore, and post on topic. this way if a topic is not something we want to participate in we can ignore. If one is something we want to join in on and someone gets out of hand, we agree to ignore that post and just continue our dicussinon on topic, no matter who post to that topic, we do not adddress that person or comment on what they have said good or bad, only topic.

That's a wonderful idea 1doggie but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. There are those who peck away until they finally get under another's skin. It's a never ending sage. I do have to say though that the DDR BS was her fault alone and the information needs to be out there. There's a possibility if she's still involved in breeding, either the dogs will suffer the same fate and/or someone else will get caught up in that net if it isn't brought to light.
As for the rest of the bickering...the ones who bicker the most are the ones who have the least to offer in the way of training, health, breeding, pedigrees, etc. Perhaps we should send all inquiries for advice in their direction? They'd soon have nothing to say.
