I have a 4 month old gsd with flat feet. One foot is worse than the other.
Any suggestions? He is on large breed puppy food not sure if I should change his diet
Thanks

photos please
if this is a gsd, do not feed puppy food. it makes them grow too fast and could cause many different issues.

Keep his nails very trim and walk/play with him in sand if you can.

dee, are the feet flat or is it the pasterns that are weak. This will cause the feet to look longer and flater than usual.
You said one is worse than the other which also suggest it is in the pastern.

I would keep this puppy very, very lean. Almost underweight. I had to learn the hard way with my gsd boy, they grow so fast and keeping them lean is very important during this growth time. Natural, raw works to help keep the weight off. And as said earlier, keep the nails back.
