No Vickie hasn't answered any of these posts but she has posted on other threads.
I am still waiting on the DNA on one test from AKC as the first one they said didn't have enough cells on it and had a do over.   Who knows when this one will come back. All we can do is wait.

VM. I am glad you got the bitch and at least 2 pups back, but holy moly, thats alot to have to pay in legal fees. I guess that is why so many get away with it. just because of the cost of trying to do right tends to screw the good ones!

it shouldn't take more than a few weeks,They will look in to it .I know someone who went through a similar thing regarding parentage,  AKC was all over the original breeder, they eventually found the right mother and father after multiple tests

Well. Folks, I just found this posting today.  I will be glad to shed some light on a couple of situations that are being discussed here.

FIRST,  a stud fee was NEVER EVER paid to me!  I sold a dog named Alois Waldhugel to Sean (never was told last name, but he is some foreigner that travels all over) and Tyree Carter.  Sean and Tyree found themself in a situation where they needed to rehome their dogs.  I always told them I would buy Alois (Max back if he ever needed to place him)  that is exactly what happened!  I bought Max back and before I drove from Oklahoma to Atlanta Sean asked me to sell Quark for him.  I tried but they were asking more than people wanted to pay. So, I couldn't sell her.  Sean then asked me if I wanted to take her and keep her as a breeding female and we would split the litters 50/50 and Quark would spend the remainder of her life with me.  Sean never told me that the dog was not his.  I had NO idea that the dog was Tyree's dog till I saw the AKC papers in Atlanta.  I kept Quark a total of 9 months and atemped to breed her to Darko on 2 occasions.  She was a terrible fighter and would attack him every time, I even tried AI with my vet and still nothing!  I NEVER RECEIVED A PENNY FOR QUARKS CARE OR VET COSTS EVER!  When Tyree saw that I was selling all my personal dogs she wanted Quark back and stated to me that she was back on her feet so could take Quark back!  LOL!  Looks like I was the fool because I housed, feed and vetted Quark for free while Tyree and Sean didn't have a pot to piss in!  FOR 9 FUCKING MONTHS ALL WHILE I WAS MADE TO BELIEVE THE DOG WAS HALF MINE AND ANY LITTERSSSSSSS WE WOULD SPLIT 50/50!

I started to have some personal problems and rehomed all of MY dogs in 3 days.  A young man named Graham Norwood bought my 3 bitches, Aliz Waldhugel, Ami Creekside, Lea Brauker Bach.  2 bitches were sold bred Aliz to Valko Lengener Mere and Ami to Darko.  Darko who went back to the co-owner. For which I received nothing for the 2 years I had him.....I didn't want nor expect anything either(even thought our contract between the co-owner and I stated otherwise)....I was heartbroken to loose him but didn't have a choice.  He was my heart and soul dog and there is never a day that goes by that I don't think about him!  I also sold the remainder of the dogs that belonged to me!  That was 3 bitches. However, I was able to convince my family to allow me to keep Quark.  She did stay at a friends for a couple of weeks while everything died down at my house, they have no intact males there but she was inheat.  They never witnessed anyother dogs around either.

In the time that I had Darko I bred him to my 3 bitches 4 different times and only got 2 puppies out of a female named Lea Brauker Bach he did also breed Ami Creekside and I sold her pregnant due to the family problems I was having.  The 2 puppies are with friends of mine and have been spayed.....never did I promise papers on these 2 females.  I didn't even tell them who the father was.  If Darko is being worked then he does not produce.  If he isn't working and training hard he will produce puppies.  Bonnie also was able to whelp a litter between her female Elza and Darko.

Soooo, you judgemental people might think I owe them a stud fee ( for what?  They didn't pay me a stud fee!).  Maybe they owe me for tricking me into keeping their d

Am I the only one who thinks these could very well be long coated blacks? I've seen LC blacks as puppies....they look a lot like this. Due to heavy, longer hair the ears can be slow to stand. LCs can often be curly haired as youngsters and it straightens with age, this is not uncommon. Muzzles seem a bit long but we all know that can happen in the GSD, too.

And no, you CANNOT tell if a dog has the LC recessive by looking at it. My Rikkor daughter came from a litter of half LCs and her coat is incredibly short. Many dogs with tight coats carry it and many dogs with lovely full coats do not.

Vickie, it sounds like you have had a rough time of it lately, and many of these newbies do not know you, but I remember you quite well. Everyone knows the PDB is the "As The World Turns" of the GSD world and nothing here can really be taken too seriously.  I wish you all the best.

With all the "weird" stuff thats been showing up lately.....who really knows?
I've seen long coated puppies look different from each other......but since I've never "produced" a long coated black puppy.(not enough experience with them)....I choose - not to assume anything.
Hope this situation works itself out....

If these pups are 6-7 months in these photos then the Sire cannot be as large as a GSD, Lab, Golden or any other common large frame dog.

I would guess a spaniel, Aussie, border collie, or something in that line as they all have feathering, heavier ear leather, and smaller frame as well as these are common street breeds as it appears the bitch was allowed to run loose.

One thing that is possible to do now is a DNA test that reveals breed parentage.  However, what I have seen isn't very believable.

Oops, it got cut off! Maybe they owe me for keeping their dog for 9 months while they didn't have a roof over their heads or a pot to piss in! Or, do you all think I am entitle to anything at all for keeping a litter of pups for months on end, cleaning up after them, feeding them, vaccinate and treating them for parvo at the cost of loosing 6 of my own pups? Maybe I am not all bad as II have been made out to be! What breeder/kennel would do that? I added up the dollar amount of only the financial cost of keeping Quark for 9 months and keeping Bonnis litter from 5 1/2 weeks to 7 months plus the loss on my 6 puppies and I am well over $8000 and that doesn't even account for MY TIME spent caring for the dogs! So, you guys honestly tell me I am bad! Go ahead, I don't care.......well, really I do care because I have lost a couple good fiends over this and my reputation and life is in shambles! People from my own SchH club read this board, they don't post but they do read it, and even they treat me differently now. So you guys tell me who got the short end of the stick! If you have further questions I will be glad to answer them via PM. Vickie PowerHaus

Looks like the Daddy was possible a Retriever, I cannot see that the Father was a G.S Dog she was got at by another Male, check to see if that kennel has another Male of a different breed,
Nice little Pups though and a shame for them if they have to be placed in a new home, I hope all goes well for them

I sleep whist you Guys post so i have now read every thread, This Lady Vickie has given her version i remember the problems she was having a time ago trying to place her Dogs
There are two sides to every story and hers is as credible as the one telling us, However we are not judge and Jury of anyone for me i am only commenting on the Pups, So good luck to Vickie i hope you are now sorted out. and if what she says is correct then no one has a gripe about her
One thing i find strange in the one who left the Dog with her all that time to me is unbelievable, I could no more do that than Fly, I had my Dog away from me for 6 days that was 6 days too many and i could not wait to get her home every day was like an eternity waiting and working to get her kennel finished as soon as i could
But as for any breeding it would take place with me there, not  just left with anyone to do it, no matter what the distance was so this person only have themselves to blame, If it did not work out with the Male then home she would go with me never left  behind That is what makes me think a bit in this scenario
