Keep in mind that Anrebri and many others are using many German dogs now in their breeding program.

Anrebri is overrunning PDB with barrage of adds. More is not necessarily better.

I do have a Frankie daughter (Violka Anrebri)  I have to admit that she is one of the toughest girls I have ever owned.  I take her to many PD seminars.  However, I have seen and met many Anrebri dogs that were not my cup of tea.

So many people think a Kennel's name will magically create a good dog...and they want a dog from this or that kennel...And I have no problem with good kennels...But what I'm trying to say is that no matter what kennel it is...They basically use the same dogs for studs...as per their locale...The difference is the person or people behind the kennel name...And this is why people should certainly study the different bloodlines produced and used by any one particular kennel...but get to know the goals of said kennel...
Somehow people think that a particular kennel "cookie cuts" dogs everytime...When in fact this is so far from the truth...Two differences are what Females are being used for their breeding program and what is the idea...theory...goals.... behind the kennel...
When I look for a puppy...from anywhere...the US or Europe...I may get interested in the litter because of who the Sire is...but what I want to know is who the Dam is...and need to know more about her...
I don't really care about what titles she has...although it's a piece to the puzzle...What I want to know is if she's a good match with the Sire used...Both bloodlines and personality/temperament wise...
I probably already know something or enough about the Male/Sire used...but I want all the info on the Female used for this litter...Is she Civil...is she good with other dogs...puppies...How is she around people...kids...And is she environmentally sound...
Most of the time...when we're buying dogs/puppies from overseas we don't know very much about the female...Now we all know the best way to get the info on her is to see the dog our self and/or to test her our self...But most of the time this won't be possible...So...The next best thing is to trust someone to tell you exactly what you want to know...
This is where the trust factor comes into play...Do we know anything about the breeder/owner...to tell us the truth about the female in question...So a lot of the times we must get to know them and to ask questions that would let us know what we want to know...
If you were to buy a puppy from someone overseas that you dont' know...What questions would you ask of them so you feel comfortable enough that they'll understand what type of puppy it is you want...
