Turk -- I never put my dog on a Large Breed Puppy formula.  GSD's aren't Large Breed Dogs -- they are a Medium-sized dog.  Large Breeds are Great Danes, St. Bernards, Mastiffs, etc.   Also, when he was between 4-5 months, I switched him to Adult Orijen.   Have had no problem with it.

Could it be the TOTW Treats that are causing the problem?

Also, I want to add that perhaps the Large Breed Puppy formula is TOO Rich for him -- maybe just go with Regular Puppy or switch to Adult

I consider a ninety pound dog large breed.  Large breed dog food is usually lower in protein so they grow slower.

I've always fed my GSD pups large breed puppy whether it be Orijen or whatever.

Okay - my choices were Acana; wild prarie, pacifica or grasslands - they are all life stages, grain free.  I went wild prarie because; it had chicken and fish; 60/40 meat veggie/fruit combo; calcium/phospurus was good too 1.2/1.  I had another stool sample done and it came back clean again.  I personally think the 80/20 origen is too rich.  so we'll see
